Fee: 50.00 for Group Exercise Pass
Flow through a sequence of active yoga poses that help build flexibility, strength, balance, breath awareness, and focus. Begin with sun salutations, then proceed through standing poses, seated poses, and some basic backbends and inversions. Suitable for all levels.
