For those of you who have always wanted to swim but were afraid to try, this course is for you! Instruction in basic swimming skills for beginners to advanced beginners. Learn and improve the crawl stroke, elementary backstroke, backstroke, sidestroke, and breaststroke. PE points available upon instructor approval.
