This 45-minute cycle class packs in a lot of power in a short amount of time. While indoors on a stationary cycle bike, an instructor will lead you on a ride that leaves your heart pumping and muscles burning. This class is perfect for all levels since you can adjust the bike’s resistance to fit your needs.
