Time is precious. So how do you manage it effectively? The responsibilities of being a student, an officer in an organization, and other obligations can take a toll on the effectiveness of your student group. Through this workshop, you will learn about developing calendars and timelines, delegating responsibilities, and effectively managing large scale programs for your student group.
