Charm School 2005 needs your help!
Volunteer as a TA for the Charm School session How to Tell Somebody Something They'd Rather Not Hear. Come to this training session and enjoy pizza and salad; all MIT Community members are welcome. The training, led by experienced Charm School faculty, will demonstrate the workshop's brief role play exercise involving an ordinary conflict and how to address it. You will learn a conversational formula (this is MIT!) on how to say what needs to be said in the nicest possible way, and you will learn to teach it to others. You will then practice your skills the next day at Charm School!
