Yoga for health and relaxation. This class includes gentle stretching, breathing, and relaxation exercises. Wear comfortable exercise clothing. If you have an afternoon snack, please eat 1-2 hours before coming to class. Beginners welcome! Contact the person below to reserve a spot in class.
