Kokikai Aikido for Beginners

No enrollment limit, no advance sign up
Participants welcome at individual sessions (series)
Prereq: Wear loose, comfortable clothing (e.g. sweatpants & t-shirt)

Kokikai, a style of Aikido, is a modern Japanese martial art that teaches coordination of mind and body through the practice of effective self-defense techniques. Beginners are always welcome.
