Course Description:
The Heartsaver First Aid Course teaches rescuers to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until emergency medical services personnel arrive. The course includes General Principles of First Aid, Medical emergencies and Injury emergencies.
(Fee is $45 for MIT students, MIT Health Plan Members, MIT retirees)
Student Materials (provided by instructor): Heartsaver First Aid Text, Barrier Device and completion card (valid for two years).
