Weight Training (Section 2)

Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)
Prereq: Must register thru PE Lottery
Teaches students proper techniques of lifting and spotting. Provides information for putting together individual workout programs. Course is taught as a lifetime activity as an integral part of overall fitness. Proper gym etiquette is taught and expected.
