From lab groups to Institute committees, there are many forums for each of us to express our opinions and exchange ideas. This workshop will explore some common pitfalls that can negatively impact the ability of a group, large or small, to achieve its goals. We will focus on the ways that each of us communicate and also upon the quick or “snap” judgments that we are often called upon to make during important conversations. Please bring your lunch. Drinks & dessert will be provided.
