Triathlon Training

Interested in doing triathlons but don't know how to train? Are you an experienced triathlete looking to take your racing to the next level? Triathlon training is designed to teach people of all abilities competitive swimming, biking, and running. Participants will also learn specific triathlon skills including: pack swimming/drafting, swim starts, buoy turns, transitions, running after the bike, racing/training nutrition.
