Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)
Fee: 50.00 for Instruction & Supplies
This class helps participants develop training goals including a plan for outside of class time. Participants should be comfortable running 2-3 miles 3-4 times per week. End goal is to compete in a half-marathon. Runs may extend beyond 7pm end time.
