Boston Marathon Training, Part 1: Miles 1-10

Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)
Prereq: Comfortable running 4 miles, 3-4 times per week
Fee: 100.00 for Instruction & Supplies
Train for the Boston Marathon- or any marathon! This is part one of a three session course. Participants must be comfortable running 4 miles 3-4 times per week. A complete training plan is provided for each participant.
Tues/Thurs classes meet 6-7pm. Saturday classes meet 9-11am.
