With a busy schedule and little time to prepare meals, dining out has become
the norm for most people. These seminars will explore the difficulties
faced when navigating the take-out menu at fast food restaurants. Calorie
estimations of various foods will be provided along with sensible
substitutions. Learn some healthy dining strategies as well as the best and
worst that restaurants have to offer.
