Is your new year resolution to start exercising more regularly? Have you tried doing this many, many times before, but just couldn't stay on the plan? How can one stay motivated? How do you choose a coach to work with?

In this presentation, I hope to share with you my personal experience as an athlete and a coach on the aforementioned questions. The basic structure and concept of training will be explained. Injury prevention will also be discussed. In short, the 'what', 'why', 'how', 'when' and 'where' of a fitness program will be discussed to give you a good idea of how to maximize your health and fitness.
