Enrollment limited: advance sign up required (see contact below)
Signup by: 18-Jan-2006
Limited to 25 participants.
Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)

Join Health Educator Julie Banda and chefs from house dining to learn how to make cheap, easy, healthy food. Make fun recipes that can last the week or be taken to class on the go. We will also highlight the best healthy and cheap options on campus.

We will discuss the components of healthy eating, strategies for eating healthy on campus and spend most of our time cooking and exploring some practical recipes. Each student will receive a copy of The Healthy College Cookbook (written for students by students)

Students will leave with the food we create and be given ingredients to create a recipe on their own from the cook book to bring in to share for the second session. Cosponsored by House Dining.
