Join Jonathan Glass, master acupuncturist and ayurvedic practitioner, for a fascinating discussion on the basic principles of Ayurveda. Ayurveda, which means the knowledge of life, dates back at least 4000 years ago, originating during India's golden age.
This class  will cover four key ayurvedic principles which can improve the quality of life, support longevity, decrease stress and enhance immunity. These principles, when understood, can be immediately applied.
