Prereq: Must sign-up through PE lottery.
Gain increased flexibility and strength while learning stress-reducing techniques. This class builds from specific postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation taught in Yoga 1 to develop greater muscular strength, suppleness, and flexibility. 2PE points. Active DAPER membership required.
