Prereq: Students should know the front crawl, backstroke, and breast
Fee: 79.00 for Instruction & Equipment

This program is designed for the intermediate adult swimmer who wants to learn the fundamentals of lap swimming and improve their stroke technique. Students should know the front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke prior to taking this class, and be able to swim 100 yards continuously.
