Prereq: some experience with downhill skiing
This workshop will focus on how and why we started skiing or snowboarding, why we continue to ride or ski, how being a skier or snowborder impacts our self image, our best and worst experiences skiing or riding, and messages we send ourselves that help or hinder the way we do our sport. We will also look at how the way we ski or snowboard relates to the way we lead our lives in general. This workshop is designed for skiers and riders of all levels and backgrounds.
