No exciting ideas about what to cook for a holiday party… What about an exotic Russian-Persian, easy-to-cook dinner? Your friends will be delighted with filling appetizers, soups and main courses. And, finally, you will amaze them with traditional Russian hot tea with thick honey and sweet jam. I will teach you how to cook such specialties as borscht, Russian salad and Persian lamb stew. Vegetarians, an alternative menu will be proposed for you. We will also examine the history of these dishes’ creation. In addition, there will be advice on how to plan your time and minimize expenses while preparing for a dinner. Last but not least, you can taste some of the dishes in the end of the session. Come and enjoy!
