Single session event
Prereq: Interest in Vietnamese Cuisine
Two Vietnamese dishes: Bo Kho (Beef Stew) and Banh Canh Ga (Chicken rice noddle soup) and a dessert (TBD) will be demonstrated. Hand-ons activity will be done through the class!
