Analyze acquisition strategy based on portfolio risk exposure on the dimensions of industry, size, and geography that the prospective acquisitions cover. The goal is to create a policy for how a strategic roll-up firm can best identify appropriate companies for acquisition, and optimize the deal risk involved.
