Curling can be described as "chess on ice." Two teams of four players each take turns sliding 42 lb. polished granite stones down a rectangular sheet of ice into a target area called the "house." Players use much strategy and precise sliding to beat their opponents.

We offer both on- and off-ice instruction. Off-ice (Wednesdays) focuses on curling techniques and strategies, while on-ice instruction (Fridays) will allow participants to practice these techniques and play games. It is encouraged, but not required, to attend both on-ice and off-ice sessions.
