Join MIT Bhakti-Yoga for its weekly gentle yoga sessions. Our practice includes warm-ups, standing and sitting asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring your own mat if you have one (we have extras, but they will run out). As with any exercise, don't eat right beforehand. Beginners welcome! . .
