Participants welcome at individual sessions (series)
Interested in or curious about the martial arts? Come to our workouts and find out about it! Beginners are always welcome. Wear comfortable clothes.
We're Isshinryu Karate-do, a traditional form of Okinawan karate. Our club emphasizes form and technique, as well as individual physical and mental development. We're also a pretty laid back group. As our instructor likes to say, we're serious about studying karate, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
