Ashley N. Clark
Thu Jan 15, 07-09:00pm, 26-100

Enrollment limited: first come, first served

Single session event

This is a FREE sneak preview! Members of the MIT and Wellesley communities will receive preferred admission with one guest. Remaining seats will be available to the general public. There are limited seats, so make sure to arrive early!

TOKYO! will be followed by a Q&A session with director Michel Gondry.

TOKYO! is a symphony interpreted in three dissonant parts, reflecting the image of the metropolis.

INTERIOR DESIGN by Michel Gondry: the surreal fable of a young couple who moves to Tokyo in search of a future.

MERDE by Leos Carax: a mysterious man spreads confusion on the streets of Tokyo through a succession of irrational and provocative acts.

SHAKING TOKYO by Bong Joon-Ho: He is a hikikomori - like many others in Japan, he has withdrawn from all contact with the outside world.
