MIT LeaderShape is an intensive six-day leadership-development and community-building experience. Throughout the program, students develop skills in problem solving, professional ethics, decision-making, dealing with uncertainty, working within a diverse community, and interpersonal communication. The program includes a variety of topics and activities, including action planning, team building, group decision-making, and conflict resolution. Sustained faculty-student interaction is central to the experience.

The program builds on a fundamental belief that each of us is born with unique qualities which we must identify, nurture, and fine-tune to enable a meaningful and enriching role in the community in which we belong.
This five day workshop will help you listen to your inner voice, uncover the power within you, see the dots which are often invisible in our normal state of being, and help you examine how the inner qualities in you could be mobilized to engage with the mega possibilities around.
