The MIT Tae Kwon Do Club, founded in 1978, is one of the oldest martial arts clubs at MIT. The club is accepting new students during IAP and the beginning of Spring semester. No experience is required or expected. Come try some classes without cost or commitment! Show up a few minutes before class wearing loose-fitting exercise clothing, be ready to learn, and expect a challenging workout. Classes are in the Exercise Room on the 2nd floor of DuPont Gym (between Wrestling and Fencing rooms).

Tae Kwon Do is a modern martial art with deep Korean roots. We train to execute powerful kicks, hand strikes, and blocks, and our goal is to develop our mind, body, and spirit.
