We're Isshinryu Karate-do, a traditional form of Okinawan karate. Our club emphasizes form and technique, as well as individual physical and mental development. We're also a pretty laid back group. As our sensei likes to say, we're serious about studying karate, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
