Participants will learn about the conduct and behaviors that could be construed as workplace harassment, the consequences of engaging in such conduct at work, the responsibilities of managers/supervisors for implementing MIT’S policy and the liabilities for both the manager/supervisor and MIT for failing to do so. The workshop will also offer tips for creating a workplace that is compliant with harassment laws and MIT policy.
