One sheet of paper does not make it into a book, but by folding, slitting, and cutting parts of a single page in clever ways, you can make a several-page book. In this 2-day workshop, you will learn how to use just a single sheet of paper and make books that reveal hidden treasures or that dramatically unfold into single or complex mazes.

Bamboo is the one of the most popular "four scholars Chinese painting". It is almost the same as Chinese calligraphy technique. This class introduces students on how to hold the brush, control the brush, using the Chinese calligraphy brush strokes to do the bamboo.

Stained Glass Mosaics offers a lot of flexibility as an arts craft--it uses the wide range of colors and textures of stained glass and can be done on almost any surface, combined with the ease of cutting and gluing stained glass. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished stained glass crafter, you will find a creative project in this class during IAP--a wall hanging, a mirror, a candle holder, a box, or any object you would like to bring to decorate or revamp.

Accordion books evolved from unrolling papyrus--the earliest widely-known material to be written on--and folding it back and forth on itself in an accordion fashion. In this 2-day workshop, you will learn how to make a basic accordion book, and explore variations of the style to make more dramatic and complex structures.
