This art developed in Brazil from a variety of African sources N'golo from Angola, rhythms from Congo, and acrobats from Guinea combined to form a martial art disguised as a dance and played like a game. All of these elements together with a deliberate sense of fun result in a vigorous workout for the body and mind.
Register at either the Zesiger Center or Alumni/Wang Center after December 13th!
