Patrick Menard
Mon-Fri, Jan 4-8, 11-15, 19-22, 25-29, 12-01:00pm, Squash Court 5

Enrollment limited: advance sign up required (see contact below)
Limited to 12 participants.
Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)
Prereq: Current AJJ Club Student; Permission of Instructor

The Regimen is training focused on increasing the level of your grappling, creating a camaraderie that will help to elevate the level of everyone present, and having a lot of fun while training hard. Sessions are intense and contain three phases: conditioning, instruction and drilling, grappling. Each participant will grapple every other participant, one at a time, for a 2 minute period with 20 seconds of rest between matches. The person on deck is time keeper; everyone else exercises to keep the heart rate up and the muscles warm. Culminates in a tournament.
