Do you find you are re-establishing the same nutrition and fitness goals every year? Do you lack energy throughout the day? Learn the proper ways to fuel your body for cognitive and physical activities. Learn the basics of nutrition. Learn how to lose weight in a healthy way so you are not depriving your body. This class is led by a Nutrition Specilist.
