Single session event
Senior and new faculty will discuss ways to enhance preparation for your academic interview. Senior faculty will share perspective about what the hiring committee is looking for and newly appointed faculty members will share insights from their recent experience with the interviewing process. Emphasis is on preparing for interview questions in the smaller sessions, and not on the job talk itself.
