In this hands-on workshop, we will design, develop, implement and test the efficacy of various on-line customer acquisition programs to grow an emerging business. We will use an emerging business in the rapidly growing field of integrative telemedicine as our case study. Each session will be a 1-hour lecture followed by 1 hour team workshop sessions. The lectures will present different on-line customer acquisition methods. Three teams, each made up of four members, will work to build a marketing strategy, implement the strategy, and measure its effectiveness on the live business. The same business will be launched under different domain names and teamís on-line acquisition programs will be tested to compare the efficacy of the different strategies.
