Basic Estate Planning
Estate planning is an opportunity to make decisions regarding the distribution of your property upon your death. Whether your estate is large or small, complex or fairly simple, there are several specific actions all estate owners can take to establish the foundation of their estate plan. This seminar will review the Estate Planning process and the its various considerations.
In addition, we will cover the basics of the following documents: Will, Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney and Trusts.
