For the 2010 IAP, Novartis is looking for ideas on laboratory furniture, namely the lab bench and an equipment storage unit, which will
• increase collaboration,
• incorporate technology,
• allow for greater sharing and centralization of laboratory equipment ,
• relocate equipment from the bench top to active storage unit(s), and
• be flexible and modular.
NIBR is looking for the best solution that meets the vision of the Lab of the Future, embodies an innovative and modern design, and reflects the collaborative spirit of Novartis.
The top teams will be invited to present their work to NIBR senior management, attend an awards ceremony and dinner, and be eligible for prize money (3rd: $1000, 2nd: $2500, 1st: $5000).
Submission Date: February 5, 2010.
