The class is currently full. Please contact Jennifer to be added to the wait list. Shiatsu, also known as pressure point massage, is founded on Chinese Traditional Medicine. The practitioner applies pressure along the meridians to unblock energy blockage and reintroduce the optimal flow of Qi. This course will lead you through a hands-on two hour full body Shiatsu routine with an introduction of the principles of oriental philosophy behind Shiatsu. We will switch between giver and receiver during the sessions so that everyone will be able to receive a relaxing massage by the end of every session. Come and learn a rewarding skill that will last you a lifetime! Danielle Yu studied Shiatsu at the Kushi Institute, a world leading Macrobiotic Education Center.
