This two hour workshop for HR-Partners and DLC managers will focus on compliance with the laws prohibiting unlawful harassment in the workplace as well as MITís harassment policy. Participants will learn about the conduct and behaviors that could be construed as workplace harassment, the consequences of engaging in such conduct at work, the responsibilities of managers/supervisors for implementing MITíS policy and the liabilities for both the manager/supervisor and MIT for failing to do so. The workshop will also offer tips for creating a workplace that is compliant with harassment laws and MIT policy.
