A go tournament will be held Wednesday, Jan 26, 10-1, 2-5 in the Student Center/room 491 with an hour break for lunch.
Beginner's division runs from 10am-1pm, and advanced division will run for both three hour sessions. Format will be four rounds of handicapped games, with 30 minutes main, 20 stones in 5 minutes overtime.
Andy Liu 9d (bigbadwolf on KGS) has graciously donated a private lesson as a first place prize. KGS+ subscriptions are available for top four places.
Preregister by emailing mitgoclub-tournament@mit.edu with your name and approximate strength. (Indicate beginner if you don't know)

Advanced lectures, aimed at the 10k-1d level, will be held each Monday, taught by Walther Chen 5d.
Beginner lectures, aimed at beginner - 20k level, will be held each Wednesday, taught by Brian Lee 1d
Meetings are in the Student Center, 3rd floor (Private Dining Rooms 1/2)
