Fee: for Members $53; NonMembers $113 for Instructor fee

This program is designed for the more advanced adult swimmer who wants to learn the fundamentals of lap swimming and improve stroke technique. Pre-requisite: Students should know the front crawl, backstroke, and breaststroke prior to taking this class, be able to swim 100 yards continuously, and be comfortable swimming in the 50 meter pool.
