Join us for a discussion about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), a self-report personality inventory. The MBTI focuses on where you prefer to focus your energy, how you take in information, how you make decisions, and how you prefer to deal with the outside world. The MBTI can help increase self-knowledge, inform career development, strengthen teams, and improve communication within relationships. We will provide an overview of the theory supporting the MBTI, and help participants interpret their own MBTI results. You will be asked to complete the inventory on your own one week prior to the class. There is a $18.70 charge to take the MBTI, which is purchased from an outside provider.
