Participants requested to attend all sessions (non-series)
Fee: for Members $20; NonMembers $50 for Instructor fee
This course supports women interested in participating in regular low-intensity exercise during their pregnancy. The class will provide a comfortable social and low impact environment for the mother-to-be. Water resistance will be used for arm and leg movements in chest-deep water and deep water. Medical clearance from your physician will be required to participant. A health form will be provided.
Register online or in person at Zesiger Center or Alumni Pool as of December 13th.
