Jump roping is one of the most efficient exercises that you can do, toning your muscles and working your heart simultaneously. Jump roping is considered interval training which not only torches nearly 500 calories in just 30 minutes, but significantly improves your coordination, speed, agility, endurance and timing. In this 30 min class, beginners will learn basic jump roping techniques and footwork patterns to challenge coordination. Experienced jump ropers will have the opportunity to learn double-unders and improve their footwork technique as well. Jump ropes and great music will be provided.
