Movement is essential to the developing brains of infants. Research shows that we are never too old to create new connections in the brain. Awareness Through Movement lessons are verbally guided movement sequences which help to clarify fundamental biological movement patterns and bring us closer to potential. By slowing down, reducing your effort, and becoming aware of your habits in movement, more of your whole self becomes involved in every action. Previously unseen possibilities become available. Your system becomes more efficient and free to move with ease and spontaneity. Class is appropriate for all levels of experience and ability.
