Prereq: a love fir chocolate and experimentation
Love playing with chocolate? Wonder how truffles are made? Think wasabi/curry/marmite in chocolate is a wonderful idea, but no one will believe you? Come to a truffles class! We'll teach you everything you need to know to make truffles on your own, and you get to take your batch home with you!
Cost of the class is $10 per person, or $5 for MIT students.
