Sessions are intense and contain three phases: conditioning, instruction and drilling, grappling. Each participant will grapple every other participant, one at a time, for a 2 minute period with 20 seconds of rest between matches. The person on deck is time keeper; everyone else exercises to keep the heart rate up and the muscles warm. Culminates in a tournament.
