Prereq: Designing Your Life or Facing Love and Relationships classes

Come explore how music can heal and direct your life.
This class will focus on both your personal issues and how music can alter and direct your relationship to those issues. This class is an experiment for those people who
have already taken the Designing Your Life program. It is a chance to help design a new body of work with Lauren Zander (the creator of the HandelMethodR Designing Your Life program) and help her articulate and develop a theory about the healing power of music. We will explore the impact of music and how it can inform and further your life lessons.

Please come prepared to think, share, find music and discuss your lessons.

This class is lead by Executives of the Handel Group who have been teaching at MIT since 2006 (in a course now called Designing Your Life). The Handel Group is an international coaching and training company which has trained thousands of people to identify where they are holding themselves back and then free themselves to fulfill their lives' missions.
